Job Title: Designer

Department: Outlet and Club Design

**Job Responsibilities: Off Price, Jackets, Bottoms, woven tops and skirts**

* Research and shops seasonal trends, silhouettes, fabrics, and trim
* Create inspiration Mood Boards
* Generate sketches including CAD’s in Illustrator and AI.
* Produces detailed seasonal presentations
* Creates style boards for area of responsibility at top of season, showing silhouette color, fabric, print, pattern, and embroidery options
* Work with the graphic team to create print patterns, and embroidery layouts
* Set up illustrator development pages and keep them update throughout the development process.
* Create tech packs for all styles in Full Circle and ensure they are maintained, organized, and accurate so that the samples are developed efficiently
* Communicate promptly and daily with overseas vendors and internal teams
* Attend critical meetings: Color/Mood, Sketch, Proto review, Final Merch, Handover to tech and sourcing
* Work closely will all cross functional teams - Tech, Sourcing, and Production, sharing any updates to styles in an email
* Attend all fittings with the technical team and help determine the appropriate fit and be responsible for giving aesthetic and visual input
* Maintain fabric, and trim library
* Review all lab dips and Strike offs; work with sourcing manager to give comments
* Adhere to all Design calendar deadlines
* Organize proto and sample rack
* Review samples and ensure that salesman samples are tagged and have disclaimers when needed.
* Assist with any special projects as needed
* Be a team player

**Compensation & Benefits**

The approximate hourly rate range for this position is $30.00–$50.00 per hour. The offered hourly rate will vary based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience.
