In this role you will be responsible to develop multiple cold weather and fashion accessories goods/brands and private label collections in a growing and exciting environment. Responsible for development and design of product, including research, sketching, tech packs and pre-production confirmations from concept to final execution Track full development cycle of samples Maintain, update and share linesheets, Filemaker (style guide software), costing recaps and sample requests Coordinate with overseas office to develop new products, problem-solve design issues, approve materials and supervising sample lot production through daily communication Responsible for all product corrections and execution through delivery Maintain knowledge of fashion trends, shop market, attend trend meetings and leather shows Work with design team to create moods for the season (color palettes, prints, materials etc.) Perform other related duties as assigned by management to support the department’s business needs.
