Simply click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps to upload your application. \- Focus on key deliverables, data, and customer conversion for design projects through designing user interfaces and a clean user experience and providing visual direction across all appropriate pages \- Partner with Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing to create strategies and assets for all mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences, the Development team to define and implement innovative solutions, as well as the Global and Creative teams to maintain alignment on design standards \- Create pixel perfect UI elements including illustrations, icons, photos and meticulous production of high-quality visual design comps while offering full resolution, demo-ready design mockups for design reviews \- Influence stakeholders by partnering with UX Researcher to support the identification and testing of new or enhanced UX opportunities based on industry trends and consumer feedback in order to improve the user journey \- Support CRO program by identifying and recommending relevant opportunities that will drive traffic, usability, and conversion \- Support UAT efforts to make sure changes are delivered and working as intended and ensure design consistency and quality across multiple digital channels, device platforms, and screen resolutions \- Create and manage visual design documentation and specifications \- 3-5 years Ecommerce design experience or UI experience with a portfolio that demonstrates a technical understanding of Ecommerce websites and visual communication, web, mobile design, and production skills \- Design tool knowledge including Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, Abstract, Sketch, etc., prototyping tools including Lightning, and various management tools \- Understanding of capabilities and limitations of front-end technologies including CSS, HTML, and JavaScript \- Proven ability to work within brand guidelines to create compelling visual solutions that are driven by data \- Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, newest digital platforms and competitive landscape, and apply best practices while continuously pursuing new ways of learning \- A high energy, positive attitude with the drive and motivation to constantly be improving the PUMA online experience while working in a team environment \- Detail oriented with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last minute requests and adapt to changes in business trends \- Demandware experience and Neilson Norman Group UX Certification a plus
