Pay Rate: 70k-80k annually BOESchedule: Monday-Friday (Hybrid)Position SummaryThe Designer works closely with the Sr. Director of Design to develop stylish, brand-right apparel for the girls’ category. This role is responsible for supporting seasonal product lines from concept to final production, including design, graphics, fit, fabrics, and color direction. The ideal candidate is creative, trend-focused, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign seasonal apparel collections, graphics, and printsResearch fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market inspirationCreate sketches, tech packs, spec sheets, and design documentationAssist with merchandising layouts and seasonal product presentationsSupport graphic updates, recolors, and print developmentAttend prototype and production fittingsPartner with Product Development and cross-functional teamsMaintain project timelines and meet seasonal deadlinesQualifications5+ years of apparel design experienceChildren’s wear experience preferredStrong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and textilesProficient in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentCreative mindset with the ability to develop new ideas and conceptsEducationBachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred To apply, please register online at www.debbiestaffing.com and select Greensboro, NC as the branch location.
