Location: New York, NY We are looking for an energetic and proactive team player, who is eager to learn & grow with our multi-divisional company. Need a detail oriented and organized designer who can juggle responsibilities and has a great eye for updated fast fashion! Clear PD experience/ knowledge designing into target prices for the mass market Initiates seasonal concepts/direction with Designers Owns product throughout the development cycle from concept to production Sketch detailed flats and create CADs Communicate and follow up with factories and team members on product development design details Able to spec a garment and know how to communicate construction details Setup tech-packs using company standard specifications, construction details, technical sketches & more Understanding and adapting of Time and Action Calendar Attend fittings sessions for the area of responsibility Creates an environment that promotes continual learning and development for future leadership and growth High taste level and comprehensive understanding of the young contemporary/junior market Proven track record in identifying trends and developing assortment that deliver results. Solid communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the full life cycle of a garment Proficient in illustrator and photoshop Able to recolor prints Requirements: 5+  years of experience in fast fashion woven tops/dress category Bachelor’s degree in apparel design.
