Summary The associate must be flexible to support adjacent departments and use selling tools such as text and social media to meet goals. Responsibilities Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using reservations and selling tools.Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through appointment-based and walk-in service.Educate customers and teammates on brand trends, product knowledge, and styling; conduct product knowledge meetings.Maintain department presentation by stocking, re-merchandising, managing displays, markdowns, transfers, and cleaning.Drive program enrollment such as Nordstrom Rewards and provide product feedback to management.Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate customer relationships.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.Comfort reading sales reporting and using performance data to meet goals.Strong product and wardrobe knowledge with confidence across high and low price points.Physical ability to be active 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
