The Design Studio Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring smooth execution of design projects and maintaining high-quality customer service. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with team members and clients • Proven experience in Team Leadership and Sales to motivate team performance and achieve sales goals • Proficiency in Project Management, ensuring timely delivery of design projects and efficient workflow within the studio • Knowledge of men’s fashion and design trends • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Previous experience working in fashion retail or a design studio is preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Business Management, or related field is advantageous
