Design Manager, Soft Home

Enchanté Accessories is seeking a multi-faceted Design Manager to join our exceptional Soft Home team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and organized with a proven track record. They will utilize their expertise to work quickly and effectively to execute creative solutions to meet retailer needs. The candidate should possess professional maturity and industry credibility, as well as a collaborative style with the ability to establish trust and build internal relationships. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s Degree in textile design -Must have 6+ years of soft home work experience -Must have 3+ years of managing and leading a high performance design team -Expert in Adobe Creative Suite in order to develop repeat artwork, clean/index art files, & prepare technical packages for factory -Excellent and respectful communication style -Thorough understanding of fabrications, embroideries, appliques, and all textile printing processes including repeats, screen engraving, indexing and color pitching -Ability to work from concept through production -Strong color sense and ability to adapt trend to product, as well as design within brand parameters -Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills -Forward thinker and problem solver -Experience designing a range of looks and soft home products for various lifestyles and age groups
