Duties include the following; Must have 5 years minimum garment industry experience Responsible for overseeing the development of samples beginning to end. Samples made domestically and overseas. Maintain WIP. Responsible for tracking photoshoot samples with overseas factory Work closely with overseas factory team Tagging, logging, and sending samples to customer Sketches in AI for customer Request and gather information to begin costing process> fabric, trim, send outs, tech pack and any other unique information pertaining to a style fabric and trim sourcing with Asia supplier Download tech packs from PLM order all trims and fabric required Imputing sample details information into PLM Log and keep track of all purchased retail samples Must be a good communicator with team members, mills and customers Must be very organized, detail-oriented team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, highly motivated Must be proficient in excel, Photoshop, AI, PLM a plus discerning eye for high quality execution of samples Job Type: Full-time, in office
