Oved-Five Star Apparel is a multi-brand / multi-channel fashion apparel business with a long and successful history in wholesale manufacturing. Our ideal Design Assistants will help the Design team with execution of key administrative responsibilities for their product category - managing the product life cycle - updating tech packs, submit approvals, follow up on email, receiving pkgs., filing prints & trims. With supervision, the assistant will work closely with their manager on the product development processes to support in providing accurate reporting, data integrity, sample tracking and timeline management. Ensure adequate degree of information is captured and available to interpret Design’s intent. Communicates potential sample tracking issues, due dates for production handoff and details for decision making purposes to assist manager in facilitation of time delivery, quality and efficiency in product development.
