Design Assistant Intern

As our Design Assistant Intern, you will play a key role in bringing our designs to life through the day-to-day production process. Help in the creation and review of prototypes and samples, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standardsSupport with sample fittings and patternmakingHelp source fabrics and trims, track materials, and manage sample flowSupport designers with inspiration and trend researchAssist designers with product design and development across multiple categoriesCollaborate with designers and cross-functional teams (Product Development, Pre-Production) to track samples, manage approvals, and ensure design intent is executedOverseeing production timelines and actively monitoring PO progressMaintaining consistent communication with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and compliance Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or a related field.Basic understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe IllustratorAbility to organize, prioritize and reorder workload in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentA team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learnA motivated problem solver that is highly organized and detail-oriented Competitive pay and benefitsOpportunities for growth and advancementSupportive team culture
