Job Title: Design Assistant Associate Department: Design Job Status: Full Time FLSA Status: Exempt Reports to: Creative Director POSITION SUMMARY: The Design Assistant will assist with the design and execution of all creative projects and will work closely with the Creative Director to drive design development. The position will also involve the development of high impact campaigns, logos, brands, marketing templates, sales material, digital and social campaigns, and other coordinated efforts to ensure brand quality, visibility and integrity. Sketch – create and update CADs in the development process. Experienced in setting up tech packs with sketches, construction details, and BOMS and responsible for communicating fit and construction details to the Technical Design team Organize and track inspiration samples, vendor samples, and development samples. Create and organize fabric and trim binders seasonally.
