Organize raw materials closet, samples boxes, and swatches Pre-Production Set up box comment/ product comment sheets in Illustrator Photograph new boxes upon arrival from all angles and save to Backbone Assist in physical and virtual showroom set up Support custom projects, shipping raw materials as needed Deliver packages to stylists/ fed ex/ photographer Asset Management/Graphic Design/ Digital Data entry from Product Development Chart to Brand folder for E-commerce site Create and proofread all product detail content for site; data includes: dimensions, chain details, weight, closure type, country of origin, style #, style names, color codes, description, materials Manage Instagram photography; Photo editing and resizing Assist in organizing photography images and design files Look book set up for PR Provide digital feedback documents and provide quarterly assets for retail partners Bespoke Product/ Repairs Order raw materials, check/track inventory Track development Assist in providing custom renderings using PhotoShop Stock repair assistance for Warehouse and Sales
