As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store. You are responsible for supporting the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines.Representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactionsBe aware of and take responsibility of your department's strengths and identifying commercial opportunities and working with your Department Manager to act on themEnsure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that your team has the ability to work towards actively promoting and selling products to customersFollowing up that your team is actively promoting our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiativesEnsure correct routines in fitting room and checkout, including transaction, returns and exchangesEnsure all admin routines for both people and operations are handled in a correct way **H&M, in good faith, has assessed this posted range of compensation as the accurate range for this role and location at the time of this posting.
