Trend Awareness/strong/em/pulliKeep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers, etc/liliEnsure your team provides product and fashion knowledge as well as other relevant information during customer interactions/li/ulpbr emstrongTeam amp; Development/strong/em/pulliRetain and share your knowledge and skills with the Store team/liliCollaboration, planning amp; teamwork with in-store Visual Merchandiser team/liliGive amp; receive feedback with your colleagues to learn, develop amp; support each other/liliRegular communication to store colleagues to inform, motivate and inspire – daily, weekly meetings, etc/liliEnsure all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store are followed/li/ulpbr emstrongRetail Operations/ Visual amp; Commercial Execution/strong/em/pulliSecure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house including stockroom areas/liliEnsure high fashion quality, visual and commercial product presentation, with good garment care/liliSecure good stock levels and provide input on allocation to Area team/liliEnsure the full garment cycle – from delivery to garment presentation – and fitting room routines are according to our standards and routines set internally, utilizing all tools and technology provided/liliUpkeep amp; follow best practice for any in-store OMNI Services amp; in-store tech services/tools, etc (Instore Care App, Click amp; Collect, Smart Store etc)/liliSecure a strong balance and the maintenance of price signs in-store and throughout the sales floor/store following guidelines according to global and local strategies amp; sales market/regional requirements to ensure a strong and consistent price perception throughout store/liliUpdating amp; upkeep of BOH Areas for all colleagues (key information, health amp; safety, tidiness etc)/liliResponsible for opening amp;
