Your primary responsibility will be to set a plan that delivers the Best Customer Experience in both your department and the overall store. As a Department Manager, you will ensure that you have the Best Team by supporting their development and working on succession planning, talent development, and structured performance management based on results, values, and leadership. You will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues. You will work closely with the store management team to ensure that store operations, H&M standards, and best practices are followed through proper scheduling, maximizing conversion, and enabling commercial activities while maintaining excellent customer service within the sales budget of allocated hours. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will maintain overall store responsibility, strengthening the Company Culture by promoting feedback in daily work and coaching your team to do the same.
