Manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and trends to set and achieve departmental sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
Ensure efficient and effective inventory management, including restocking and merchandising.
Collaborate with other department managers to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.
Monitor and control expenses within the department budget.
Stay updated on industry and fashion trends to make informed decisions for the department.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Act as a brand ambassador by embodying H&M's values and promoting our products and services.
Continuously seek ways to improve departmental performance and customer satisfaction.
Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the department.
