Department Manager

Oversee and manage the daily operations of a specific department within the H&M store, including but not limited to sales, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and create action plans to drive sales and profitability Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and ensure the department's merchandise reflects these trends Collaborate with the store management team to ensure overall store goals and objectives are met Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards in the department to create an exceptional shopping experience for customers Communicate effectively with team members, store management, and corporate headquarters to ensure smooth operations and efficient execution of company initiatives Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety and security protocols, inventory control, and cash handling procedures Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development, and share knowledge and expertise with team members.
