Position Responsibilities Work with Senior Design and merchandising partners to create seasonal direction in silhouette, fabric, wash, and concept for specific classifications that include not only denim but coordinated pieces (sweatshirts and T’s) as well as sensibility to communicate graphic needs to CAD team Keeping true to the overall design direction, drive newness and innovation within product classification through a variety of resources including trend websites, runway, shopping, trade shows, and fabric and trim direction Develop strong working relationships with cross functional team members (Merchandising, Production and Tech Design) through communication and problem solving. Manage deadlines in accordance with the corporate calendar. Create and update seasonal assortment sheet.
