The Company enhances its roster of brands by licensing trademarks from third parties, including: Nike® and Jag® for swimwear, and Callaway®, PGA TOUR®, and Jack Nicklaus® for golf apparel. Partners with Sales on pre-season planning for Replenishment, Key Items and Assortment building at account level Provides Account Exec and Business Planning with monthly replenishment financial projections Pull in-stock and WOS data at style/color level and report business trends to monitor in-season trends and adjust plans as needed. Excellent customer service skills Ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems. Ability to analyze results and identify financial and merchandise solutions to improve performance Retail math knowledge and understanding Team player and self-starter Ability to set priorities to accomplish the task at hand Ability to travel to other company facilities and accounts as needed Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalency in a related field Minimum of 1 + years of retail/wholesale planning/buying experience
