Carter's, Inc. is the largest branded marketer in North America of apparel exclusively for babies and young children. These brands are sold in leading department stores, national chains, and specialty retailers domestically and internationally. The Company also owns Skip Hop, a global lifestyle brand for families with young children. The ideal candidate will help define and deliver industry leading analytics to capture, analyze and translate paid media performance, with a heavy focus on social media and other digital channels. Contribute to paid media tagging strategy and implementation Build and maintain successful relationships with internal cross-functional business partners in additional to external media partners Drive innovation and efficiency through automation and leveling-up processes and procedures (25%) Manage budgets across multiple brands and paid media channels Partner with paid media team to communicate budget recommendations and manage shifts across channels Maintain budget documents to reflect planned and actualized spend Develop annual, monthly, weekly budget allocation in conjunction with paid media team Work cross-functionally with finance/accounting team on budget flows, accruals, and media billing (25%) Manage paid media forecasting across multiple brands and paid media channels Partner with paid media team and external agency partners to manage holistic forecasting and re-forecasting efforts Work closely with finance/planning teams to receive updated sales plans and cascade with paid media team and agency partners Track paid media performance trends to proactively determine re-forecasting opportunities/needs
