DC / Warehouse Lead (Retail Apparel)

What You’ll Do: Lead a team of 3 to 20 associates throughout the year and during sale seasons Review and assign team to their duties according to the WLA Monitor productivity of team and update UPH charts every hour to ensure goals are being met Ensure Department SLAs are being met Account for all equipment and make sure they are in working condition Audit team to ensure they are following the correct procedures and meeting quality standards Ensure all safety rules are strictly followed Track employee-related errors and coach whenever necessary Ensure backlogs are under control Investigate and resolve any process discrepancies and problem-solving errors Track and properly dispose of any hazardous materials Foster and maintain good communication with other department leads Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area Track department supplies and coordinate with the Inventory Team for restocks Maintain good communication with management by communicating issues that arise during the shift Responsible for completing Start-of-Shift (SOS) and End-of-Shift (EOS) checklists Complete EOS reports and speak to any misses within your department Who You Are 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment Previous or similar experience in a leadership position Fast and efficient while maintaining a focus on safety and quality Great communications skills Ability to work in a team environment Takes pride in punctuality for themselves and their team members Experience working with computers/RF scanners Working knowledge of Gmail, Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Docs Great organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks Compensation: At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation.
