The Company enhances its roster of brands by licensing trademarks from third parties, including: Nike® for swimwear, and Callaway®, PGA TOUR®, and Jack Nicklaus® for golf apparel. Develop (as needed), implement, facilitate/train, and coordinate all exempt and non-exempt training programs within the Distribution Center. Support Distribution Center Operations Management with all training initiatives to include warehouse management system implementation and training. Interface and coordinate with the DC Operations management team in order to plan, implement and execute required training for DC exempt and non-exempt employees. Effective interpersonal and communication skills 5+ years of experience directly supervising/directing a team.
