A resume must be submitted for review to be considered for this role. The Production Analyst will work in conjunction with the Industrial Engineer and MS Access Developer to troubleshoot and maintain tracking of labor performance across distribution processes and development/implementation of incentive pay systems. Responsible for assisting IE with maintaining engineered work standards on traditional distribution processes and the labor management system. Utilize strong analytic skills, data mining, and database troubleshooting to get accurate and value-added information to support facility operations and Continuous Improvement/Lean/6Sigma initiatives. Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining the engineered work standards within the distribution network by conducting regular time studies for the job functions within the facilities.
