Wholesale fashion-forward & style-driven fitness equipment company in Manhattan seeking an organized, driven, motivated, and responsible individual to complete the following tasks: Work with company warehouse and overseas factories to ensure proper shipment of merchandise & fulfillment of customer orders Manage inventory in company system Manually input invoices Ensure payment of invoices are received in a timely manner through communication with factor Log & dispute customer chargebacks with relevant Accounts Payable departments Computer skill: Quickbooks, Microsoft Word & Excel Paying high attention to detail is very important for this position.
