DATA ANALYST - Digital Marketing (Remote)

As the Data Analyst in Digital Marketing, you will work closely with our in-house digital marketing and growth teams to define priority KPIs and analyze the performance of marketing channels and campaigns. The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting Digital Marketing (Paid Search, Search Engine Optimization, Display Advertising, Paid Social Media Advertising, third-party Marketplaces and Affiliate Marketing) teams by translating data into reporting, statistical analysis, strategic insights and creating automated data-driven, scalable solutions that enhance performance across Digital Marketing Channels. As a Data Analyst at Lands' End, it is essential that you know how to take an idea and analyze it from all angles. Working with the digital marketing team, you’ll roll out testing framework, data collection, reporting and data insights analysis and be a stakeholder for Lands' End martech stack. ‘Responsibilities Create meaningful reports and clear, interesting data visualizations using Presto, MySQL and BI tools Develop a deep understanding of the LevelUp architecture, its related database tables and the interactions between them Consult with our Technical Brand Management team on best practices in discovering and presenting system data Liaise with internal teams to understand product changes and how they impact associated reports and visualizations Automate frequent reporting requests to maximize efficiency Create new efficiencies in processes and reporting implementation Leverage Big Data technologies to analyze large volumes of data to identify trends and find actionable insights Programmatically automate data delivery processes Utilizing the Elastic Stack, Build and maintain dashboards indicating various KPIs Conduct competitive intelligence analysis Connect systems via APIs Develop computer programs that collect and manipulate data between systems Perform ad hoc statistical analysis Responsible for Digital Marketing Channel data set imports to Data Cloud Responsible for 3rd Party Digital Advertising Platform data set imports to Data Cloud Responsible for Competitive Intelligence Services data set imports to Data Cloud Perform channel analysis for traffic and revenue forecasting Conduct keyword performance analysis from search channels Develop Audience Targeting recommendations Optimize Data Collection Processes Determine what data needs to be collected for future analysis for each channel Design and maintain automated data processes Develop models for predictive data analysis using Tensorflow and other Machine Learning tools Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, statistics, or other analytic discipline.
