Looking for a passionate and experienced Data & Customer Insights Analyst  responsible for delivering meaningful insights that inform the digital strategy and customer acquisition and retention strategies. You will be responsible for providing valuable insights on customer behavior, lifetime value, cohort analysis, customer segmentation, purchase behavior, as well as additional retention and acquisition-based insights. You will also be responsible for primary data collection and analysis through surveys and other tactics. Our ideal candidate is business savvy and has proven experience providing digital marketing insights in the retail ecommerce space.Key Responsibilities: Organize and analyze marketing and customer data in order to inform marketing strategies, acquisition and retention strategies, and deepen the Company’s understanding and insight into customer profile, behavior and value Develop and maintain E-Commerce dashboards that give a 360-degree view of the digital business Analyze customer data and behavior based on email, site, catalog, primary data and surveys Provide key insights that highlight areas of growth and opportunities for the business Analyze customer behavior on the site including the user journey and shopping funnel to inform potential UX enhancements Analyze customer and subscriber data based on value, frequency, and recency to define customer segments and inform retention and engagement tactics Manage cohort model and insights into LTV drivers Design, execute and analyze customer surveys Monitor trends in customer purchase habits including CLTV, recency, frequency, etc. and work with cross functional teams to improve the metrics Come up with and model out new and existing programs and promotions for the business such as free shipping, free returns, loyalty, etc.
