Reports to: Store Manager, General Manager or Multi-Store Manager Overview: The Lane Bryant Customer Specialist is responsible for creating a hospitable store environment using customer engagement. Customer Specialists build enduring relationships with new and existing customers that contribute to the achievement of Company goals. • Demonstrates strong planning and organizational skills proactively contacting customers to build and deepen relationships in ways that are relevant, timely and meaningful to the customer. All associates are expected to follow these principles in all relationships with other associates, applicants, or others with whom we do business.
