Reports to: Store Manager, General Manager or Multi-Store Manager Overview: The Lane Bryant Customer Specialist is responsible for creating a hospitable store environment using customer engagement. Customer Specialists build enduring relationships with new and existing customers that contribute to the achievement of Company goals. • Has strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, everchanging environment. • Demonstrates strong planning and organizational skills proactively contacting customers to build and deepen relationships in ways that are relevant, timely and meaningful to the customer.
