Utilize reports to manage and track orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of open orders. Amend orders as needed. Job Requirements- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a wholesale customer service or retail environment Ability to solve problems and make sound business decisions Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a varied workload Strong customer service and team orientation Strong knowledge of the consumer goods industry is preferred Key Account Customer Service experience is necessary Job Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years work experience in a wholesale customer service or retail environment In-depth proficiency with MS Word and Excel Effective verbal and written communication skills The skills, abilities and physical demands described are representative of those duties that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
