CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE We are a women’s apparel company, celebrating our 39th anniversary, And looking for a top-notch Customer Service Representative to support our team.Responsibilities: - Communicate by phone with customer to get their order, review, enter and create pick tickets to ship. - Contact customers to inform them of new styles available and review terms of payment. - Streamline communications by answering and directing phone calls. - communicate with internal team members to improve processes, problem solving, effeciency and increase sales. - Process shipping approvals and return authorization.Requirements: - Have 3+ years of customer service experience in the apparel industry.
