Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to promote a sales culture that focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and maximizing profitability. Key Responsibilities: • Meet or exceed sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers; • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as pricing and visual standards; • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and provide a fast and efficient register experience; • Reinforce buying decisions at the checkout and achieve add-on goals, including gift card sales; • Sign up clients for the reward program and build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing; • Support replenishment activities and assist with visual directives, including floor sets and window changes; Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent; • Retail or sales experience preferred; • Must be 18 years of age or older; • Excellent communication and customer service skills; • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company; • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; Compensation and Benefits: The estimated hourly wage for this position is $17.50, based on job requirements and location. Successful candidates' wage rates will be determined based on their individual qualifications.
