Customer Service Representative - Fashion Industry

Key Responsibilities: As a Retail Sales Associate, your key responsibilities will include: • Engaging with customers from greeting to post-sale contact, building relationships, and demonstrating a culture of customer-obsession • Consistently demonstrating benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals • Encouraging and participating in team selling to positively impact store sales volume and metrics goals • Assisting with visually merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects, as well as conducting merchandise stock counts • Handling cash register transactions as a cashier at the point of sale in the store • Meeting physical requirements, including standing and walking for the majority of the work shift, frequently bending, squatting, and twisting, lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders to reach merchandise or supplies, and seeing and distinguishing between fabric patterns and colors Our company values diversity and provides equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees without regard to protected status under the law.
