Customer Service Representative - On Site

A Los Angeles-based women’s contemporary brand is looking for a well-rounded customer service representative to join our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented customer service expert and team player with a great attitude who is excited to grow with us. This is an ON-SITE position at our office in Los Angeles. Responsibilities include: Communicate with customers and retail buyers via phone, email, and web chat - provide a positive, courteous, and pleasant customer experience. Liaison to the production and warehouse team on keeping on-time deliveries for wholesale orders Order processing, picking, packing, and shipping Return processing Data Entry and management using Aims software Setting up logistic partners for shipments and generating documents Acting as liaison with Factor and related assignments Assist owner and team with various administrative tasks Inventory management Qualifications: Must be highly organized, possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be able to multi-task and problem solve efficiently Experience with fashion wholesale and e-commerce direct to consumer Must have experience with the following: Aims, Factor, Shopify, Tradestone Knowledge and use of software such as Microsoft Office, Google docs, etc Must have prior experience working in Fashion E-commerce/customer service Los Angeles, CA 90021: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) High school or equivalent (Required) Customer Service: 1 year (Required) Fashion Wholesale: 1 year (Required)
