CUSTOMER SERVICE / ORDER PROCESSING

S/he will be responsible for assisting customers through the buying process, resolving customer service issues and providing solutions in a friendly, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner. This position is in our Dayton, NJ distribution center office, and does not require weekend hours. Responsibilities: Handle all telephone inquiries in a prompt, professional and courteous manner Respond to customer emails within 24 hours Respond to Live chat inquiries within 5 minutes of entry Respond to Amazon/Ebay/Etsy messages within 24 hours Call back all voicemails received within the last 24 hours Place/Process or cancel orders, refunds, or exchanges Process returns and keep reports of damages Assists with complaints, orders, errors, order questions, cancelations, and other queries Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Use telephone/ email to reach out to customers and verify account information Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies within each division Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Sell products. Keep a call log of all communication with customers to be reviewed on a weekly basis with manager.
