Responsibilities: Customer Service/Order Processing Enter Customer Purchase Order into our ERP System via EDI loading or manual entry Review Customer Purchase Orders to ensure all required info is present Review and Submit special projects to get have actions taken at our whse Perform various tasks and check to ensure orders are shipping as needed Responsibilities: Sales Operations Assistant Work closely with the Sales & Planning teams to handle all tasks needed to ensure the success of the program Track inventory received by the retailer to ensure all PO’s shipped is received. Troubleshoot and find solutions for various issues Update weekly reports in support of business objectives Requirements: Team Player motivated to reach a company goals Proactive and self-motivated Proficient in Microsoft Suite Experience with ERP systems Working experience in a related field a plus
