Manage overall day-to-day e-commerce and retail related customer service efforts. Manage multiple platforms including the company's customer service software (Zendesk), email, and social media. Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner. Assist with administrative and data entry in Excel and ERP software (Shopify Plus). Prior administrative assistant experience a plus!
