The Company enhances its roster of brands by licensing trademarks from third parties, including: Nike® and Jag® for swimwear, and Callaway®, PGA TOUR®, and Jack Nicklaus® for golf apparel. The qualified candidate will perform a variety of customer service duties in conjunction with coaching and supporting all CSR agents within the department. The individual must be highly organized, multi-tasker, have strong leadership skills, be available to work a flexible schedule, understand a sense of urgency and the importance of prioritization to effectively maintain sales & shipping. Working internally at Pei to set up and rollout with MIS, sales, and the agents CSR lead partners up with manager to handle annual employee appraisals
