This is a full time role based in Austin Texas (South Lamar) for a Fulfillment & Customer Service & Social Media role at a fashion brand.

We will not accept out of state applicants.

The role involves but not limited to:

managing daily operations such as processing and packing ordersassisting customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issuesmaintaining accurate records of inventoryhandling returnssteaming garments, lifting boxes (no more than 45 lbs)responding to customer inquiries from social mediaWe are looking for someone who is detail oriented and interested in women's fashion and has some experience in customer service.

Must be able to work in the US and can work at least 3 days a week / we are flexible with hours.

Qualifications

Experience in Packing and managing order fulfillment processesCustomer Service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve customer concernsDetail OrientedExperience with Shopify is a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in basic computer skills and inventory management systemsAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyPay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
