Our client, a unique work wear eCommerce brand based in DTLA is looking for a Customer Service and Community Associate to join their team! The Customer Service and Community Associate is responsible for responding to customer questions and concerns, managing customer inquiries on social media, troubleshooting issues, educating about the brand’s products, and overall providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: Cheerfully respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, telephone, and social media Be a product expert and be able to educate and assist customers choose the appropriate products for their needs Record customer inquiries and notes in each customer’s account Assist customers with any concerns and troubleshoot any issues Manage social media community Work independently and ad hoc requests for the Customer Experience Team Liaise reoccurring customer issues to Product, Marketing, Operations Fulfillment, and Ecommerce teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or 1 year of customer service and community management experience Must have direct to customer experience from retail or eCommerce Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail Must be organized and have data entry skills Proficient with MS Office Suite, and experience with a CRM is a plus Passion for helping people and giving back to the community If this description fits your background, apply today! #fashion
