Create two-way flow of actionable insights from customer to company. Develop persona mapping in conjunction with the Brand Marketing and Data teams. Study the behavior and key moments in the lifecycle of our most loyal customers, present conclusions and actionable insights, work with Marketing to launch new initiatives to affect new customer behavior. Ideally have a background in marketing in online retail and/or e-commerce.
