We’re seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Customer Experience Strategist to join the team at Banana Republic’s Fashion Retail division. This role is a unique opportunity to take the lead in optimizing the customer experience for fashion retail shoppers, from the moment they enter the store to the moment they check out. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of customer behavior, a passion for fashion retail, and a drive to create a seamless and memorable customer experience.We’re looking for a customer experience strategist with a minimum of five years of retail experience, ideally in fashion. You should have a strong working knowledge of customer segmentation, customer journey mapping, and developing customer experience strategies.
