We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Strategist to join our fashion retail team and bring their skills and expertise to the table to drive a world-class customer experience for our shoppers.The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for fashion, experience in customer experience strategy, and an eye for detail. You should have a customer-centric mindset and know how to develop strategies to optimize the customer experience.
