The ideal candidate will have the necessary experience and qualifications to develop customer experience strategies, drive customer insights, and support the team to create an exceptional customer journey.The successful candidate will have an unbridled enthusiasm for customer service, a deep passion for retail and fashion, and a drive to make every customer experience the best it can be. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer experience and be able to develop innovative strategies for customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, 5+ years of customer experience and strategy experience, an in-depth understanding of customer segmentation and analytics, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
