The successful intern candidate will have the opportunity to learn more about our retail customers and how HanesBrands builds relationships, drives sales, and develops strategies with the retailers while working with our cross-functional teams including product management, finance and supply chain (Innerwear, Activewear, or Licensed Sport’s Apparel (LSA) in a project-based internship. The Customer Development Analyst Intern will report to a manager and will be based in our company headquarters in Winston-Salem, N.C. Interns will gain experience in the key aspects of customer management on topics such as: Competitive market analysis Evaluation of store and e-commerce businesses Development of financials relative to customer requirements Assortment plans Sell-in of new products and innovation Digital media investment planning Special projects where assigned Interns will work with cross-functional teams to analyze real business issues and will present findings and strategic recommendations at the conclusion of the internship. Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and demonstrate good judgment and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
