High Fashion Home's Customer Care team handles orders, inquiries, and support tickets from all the United States. We want someone who has exhibited outstanding communication skills and experience with delivering a great customer experience. The position will be a fast paced and highly collaborative environment. This is a full-time position, working weekdays and weekends in our Houston store. Responsibilities • Engage customers via phone, email, and web chat • Quickly and thoroughly solve problems for customers when a delivery, transaction, or experience doesn't go as planned • Develop a thorough knowledge of our online catalog in order help our customers find the right product that will reflect their unique style and personality • Provide customer updates to existing orders • Maintain a positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor with every customer interaction
