What you'll be doing: • Meet with new and existing clients in our west-loop showroom, or at an off-site location when necessary, to guide them through selecting and designing their new bespoke and made-to-measure clothing • Communicate with current and prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and text messages in an effort to secure new sales and finalize existing clothing orders • Update our internal CRM system in real-time as you perform sales actions, always documenting everything and following all existing planned future actions • Drive custom clothing sales growth through each interaction you have with potential and existing clients, while also independently looking for new opportunities and leads • Help with general customer interactions for both custom clothing and alterations, including general phone and email communication, handling customer pickups, and trouble shooting questions that our customers have • Assist with opening, afternoon, and closing duties as needed to keep our shop in a state of cleanliness and operational readiness Who we are: Compensation: Many people on the team are directly incentivized in this same way and you'd be expected to contribute to the elevated monthly bonus earnings that these teammates experience.
