Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Custom Clothing Specialist located in Fresno, CA. The Custom Clothing Specialist will assist clients in creating tailored garments by providing personalization services, ensuring accurate measurements, and consulting on fabric selection and style preferences. Responsibilities include planning and growth of Patrick James overall custom business in all locations, and communicating effectively with clients and vendors. The role involves providing an exceptional client experience by maintaining a focus on craftsmanship, quality, and detail.

Qualifications

Experience in measurement and tailoring of custom clothing and shirts.Knowledge of fabrications and fashion trends.Strong communication skills to engage with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality apparel and craftsmanship.Understanding of the fashion retail industry and ability to offer personalized style recommendations.5 years prior experience in custom clothing is desired.
