Threadwell Clothiers is seeking a motivated Assistant Sales Representative/Sales Trainee to learn the custom clothing industry while working directly with the company owner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales with hands-on training and a clear path to advancement.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate client appointmentsManage customer follow-ups using our CRMShadow the owner throughout the custom sales processLearn client measurements, product knowledge, pricing, and sales techniquesSupport clients from initial consultation through the saleWhat We Offer:
$15/hour + 5% commissionMonday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PMPaid holidays, PTO, employee discount, and monthly sales incentivesOpportunity to advance to a full-time sales position with 20% uncapped commission based on performance
