CRM Marketing Operations Analyst

## Job description This individual must be able to embrace change and work effectively on a cross-functional team that handles large volumes of work in a constantly evolving environment built on the speed model. Key point of contact with project stakeholders and impacted teams. Responsible for coordinating and communicating project details and deliverables Assisting in identifying gaps in process to clearly define and document requirements, scope, timelines and overall project goals Conducting administrative duties such as setting up meetings, capturing meeting minutes and action items and coordinating follow-ups Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing software, hardware and overall tools supporting the Customer Marketing team Initial tester of new processes and technology prior to turning over to business partner for testing and validation Identify and manage potential risks and opportunities within projects Ability to manage multiple projects of different scope, complexity and phase of work Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the Customer Marketing Team's processes, toolsets and overall job functionality to inform research, project requirements and new ideas for improvement and innovation Contribute your thoughts and ideas at team meetings to support the team's strategic goals as well as help increase the knowledge base of the team by sharing relevant information gained through work Partner with manager to prepare documentation and presentations for kickoffs, status updates, assessments and solution recommendations Execute for results in complex, dynamic and rapidly changing environment while expressing curiosity about learning and making processes more efficient and effective Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 1-3 years of experience in Customer Marketing or Customer Marketing Technology Work experience in a fast-paced environment preferred Knowledge of retail industry preferred Knowledge and experience with project management preferred Strong time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines Excellent planning, documentation, communication and collaboration skills Detail-oriented Curious and analytical thinker with ability to identify and proactively solve problems Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, high energy environment Adept at change agility and reacting to shifting priorities Technologically savvy with proficiency in PC software and web-based systems (i.e. MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Project; Salesforce CRM or similar workflow management tool, Unica, XC Commerce a plus)
